Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- After booking, a Vacation Rental Agreement will be provided. All guests are required to sign the agreement within 72 hours of booking and prior to occupying the property.
- Guests may be required to provide additional information about the group that will occupy the property and/or identification documents. Background checks may be performed, and in some areas are required by local law.
- Guests may be required to provide a credit card and/or a refundable security/damage deposit.
- We will be in touch after you book to gather additional information and to email you the rental agreement, which you can sign electronically.
Property Access
- The building has an underground parking garage, but all underground parking spots are assigned; this unit does not have an underground parking spot.
- There is an outdoor parking area just outside of this unit.
- In ski season, there is a complimentary private shuttle service to and from the Gondola from 7:30 am to 5 pm. The private shuttle in winter will pick you up at your door and take you directly to the Gondola Transit Center.
- The year-round free city bus picks up and drops off about 150 meters from the building.
Policies and Rules
- No smoking allowed.
- Minimum age: 30 years.

- Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.
- No pets allowed.
- Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires guests to confirm the group size and to disclose any changes, which may result in an increase or decrease to the total cost, and may result in a security deposit becoming required.
- Noise monitoring devices and security cameras exist on the exterior of the property. Cameras are positioned to cover all entrances and exits of the home.
Fees and Payments
- The standard cleaning fee quoted as part of any booking is for the final cleaning, which is performed after the rental period has ended.
- For guests booking a stay of more than one week, a mid-stay cleaning fee equal to the final cleaning fee may apply for each additional week.
- If you are booking for a lengthy stay, please contact us before booking online to discuss your group, your dates, the rates, and the cleaning schedule.
- Some properties use a "High Occupancy Fee" to adjust the rate for larger groups, and are able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups.
- There may be additional requirements such as a refundable security/damage deposit.

- The pool and hot tub area are right outside the building and next to Burgess Creek. The pool is heated, so both the pool and hot tub are open in winter and summer seasons. Seasonal closures for cleaning and maintenance may occur in spring and fall; check with us on the status for your dates.
- A fitness center is available for guest use.
- The building also has a picnic area next to the pool, with a charcoal grill for summer guests to use.
- Free WiFi is available in the unit.
- The property is not equipped with air conditioning. Fans are provided. Check the weather for your dates and amenities list for information about climate control or ceiling fans.
- Bed linens and towels are provided.
- Essentials such as a hair dryer, dishwasher, toaster, oven, stove, and cooking basics are provided.
